D-Site Design provides web design, development, and digital marketing services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the execution of agreed-upon projects and maintaining the confidentiality of any account information.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all materials produced by D-Site Design, including but not limited to custom code, designs, and graphics, remain the intellectual property of D-Site Design until full payment has been received, at which point ownership is transferred as specified in the project contract.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals and contracts. A deposit is typically required before work commences. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not made in accordance with the agreed schedule.

6. Limitation of Liability

D-Site Design shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our services, or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.
